Physiotherapy can enable patients to reach their full potential and to maximise their independence. Physiotherapists work with patients, carers, members of the Community Healthcare Teams and with Hospital Services. Services are provided by physiotherapy staff who have a knowledge of Learning Disabilities and associated conditions. We provide comprehensive assessments and treatments.

Individual treatments Group Exercises Rebound therapy (in Witham) Hydrotherapy (in Colchester) Support to access Mainstream services where appropriate Training for carers, families, and care home staff.

We also provided training for other NHS staff and placements for Physiotherapy students.
